This is something that really works
Suffered from shyness and social anxiety for much of my teenage and adult life and i have tried everything from hypnosis to numerous books. This one was different. It had actual advice I could follow. Am i totally cured? No of course not, it is not that simple but i am a LOT better and feel i get better every single day. Narration was good but at times her voice could be a tad irritating.

My type of self-help procrastination book.
Social skills are all about being an influential communicator, a charismatic leader, and a persuasive individual. There are tons of ways through which you can get people to agree with you without being argumentative or contrary, leave a lasting first impression, make meaningful small-talk, and build harmonious relationships for life. Opportunities. The social and people skills factor comes into play in any job unless you’re working on a remote island all by yourself. I think this guide will help everyone. Thankful

Thorough and comprehensive guide
I can't rate this book enough. It's helped me overcome my social anxiety in ways even counselors haven't been able to in the past. It provides helpful tools and tips on how to take back control in your life and overcome your anxiety by letting you know where it stems from by delving into the psychology of social anxiety.

Great read! Highly recommended!!!
I listened to this book over the course of a few months and enjoyed it alot. It's especially helpful at times when anxiety is at its highest, and can be a bit like having an emergency therapist in your pocket. When times were good I didn't listen to it so much, but I imagine if I did, it would have reinforced me even more.

it's great
this book has some great advice for those suffering from social anxiety. I implemented some of what is taught in this book over this last week and I've seen a massive, positive difference in my anxiety. it's a slow start, and it's definitely not an overnight cure, but if I continue to work at it, I know I can beat this thing.
