I really enjoyed this audio-book
This is really an excellent set of an audio-book. The coverage on the aspects of emotional intelligence is quite rich. I have introduced all of my kids and favored friends to the audio-book and the concepts it contains. Highly recommended.

Great improvement audio book
I know I'm talking about the subject emotional intelligence in general but as far as this particular book goes, it does a fantastic job breaking down the topic in digestible chunks. It is informative and provide good methodology to improve EQ, but more specific tools will be much better, however I really enjoyed the book.
