The story bounds to life with a cast of nineteen professional actors, thrilling sound effects and an original orchestral score by Troy Sterling Nies. Celebrated treasure hunter Count Byron Khun de Prorok leads an expedition into the Libyan Desert in an attempt to find the lost tomb of Alexander the Great at the Temple of Jupiter Ammon. Can the Count succeed where countless others have failed, and recover one of history's greatest archeological finds? Or are some secrets buried with good reason, and those who seek them doomed to be met with madness and disaster?

Simply, the best.
Some listeners might not like the old radio format, but, I love it.
They are my most listened too and anticipated release in Audible.
The beauty of these adaptations is you feel like you are part of the ride.
The closest feeling listening to them is like watching, The Raiders of the Lost Ark, for the first time.
Intoxicating and exhilarating!!
I bet, Lovecraft himself would give these radio dramatizations two big thumbs up!!
Overall, the performance, editing and overall production.
