For most of my time on planet Earth, weight was not a mere number on the scale. Weight was the confidence to show up in the world, the possibility of attracting a mate, and ultimately what fueled myself-acceptance. The book spends 40 minutes telling you that your gut bacteria is messed up and they will help you fix it with all these decision points that are included in images that accompany the book which will tell you exactly what to do to solve it. That sounds great. Except there aren't any images. I reached out to Audible Support and they told they were not supplied any supplemental material.

Just finished listening to "The Thin Microbiome" and for the first time in my adult life I understand why I've not being able to keep weight off once I wrestled it off. I'll get all the other booklets when they become available. This introduction gave me the kind of hope I've lost with yo yo dieting. The possibility of losing excess weight and keeping it off is seems possible with the information the booklet imparts. Can't wait to learn more about how to heal my microbiome.
