Informational

Facts and success stories abound in this book. The information on autophagy and the numerous other advantages of fasting is incredibly inspiring to me. I am the type of person who found it difficult to fast for a blood test, but thanks to the many health advantages of fasting, I can now fast for extended periods of time!

Fast your way to great health

I discovered several things regarding fasting that I had never known. He makes notice of the beverages that are acceptable during a prolonged fast. To maximize weight loss and reverse type 2 diabetes, a diet is even advised.

I will suggest this book.....

This book differs from other self-help titles in that it doesn't claim quick fixes based on scant data and inadequate analysis. Instead, it derives from Katherine Moulton's years of successful weight-loss and frequently diabetic patient care, which combines old knowledge with the most recent scientific research. He is excellent at imparting wisdom and illuminating complex medical knowledge to laypeople. The graphics make it a simple listen.

Great resource!

It is preferable to certain books that are primarily made up of anecdotes to read this one because it explains the science behind the ideas behind the benefits of fasting. The book is filled with several captions from people sharing their own experiences, although these are only incidental to the primary topics of the chapter. A satisfying listen overall.

Excellent information that is simple, clear, and brief. Simple to listen to and follow.
It genuinely explains why it's so difficult for so many people to lose weight and then shows how to do it in a straightforward, uncomplicated way.

Make your fasting fun.

I now recognize what fasting is. What it can accomplish for me and how it works scientifically. Additionally, listening to the testimonies that back up the various points is fascinating. How easy can it be to maintain your health, lose weight, and remain healthy.
