Did not resonate with me
The awkward use of English leads me to believe this was not written by a native speaker and although the narrator has a name, the narration was flat and seemed computer generated.
The recommendations in this book are unconventional, which in and of itself is not bad, but were unsubstantiated. Maybe the print version is full of footnotes and references to studies and data, but that did not come across in the audiobook.

Great information but terrible narration.
I purchased this book to educate myself more on type 2 diabetes. There is plenty of good information but the narration is awful. Towards the end I noticed when I'm sure it was meant to say "insulin resistance" instead it said "insurance resistance"!!! It's like listening to a GPS application mispronounce names of streets!!! Was this Audible book edited at all?

Is Dr Mayer a real person?
This book has tons of inconsistencies, doesn’t make sense and there is no information about “Dr.” Jason Mayer anywhere on the internet. I am beginning to think he does not exist. Does anyone check out these books for accuracy or truth? How do I get my audible credit back?
