Great material.

This book really helped me understand my body , release muscle tension and breath deeply. I havent listened to it for a long time only cause the information were well absorbed so narration was excellent as well.

my new favorite go-to for calmness

I'm a big fan of Dr. Hyman, but had never realised that he is an active proponent for mindfulness. This is a beautifully laid out and concise book for bringing meditation, good breathing, good nutrition and sleep together for calmness. Thank you!

simple easy advice no BS

i am currently going through a hard time. i know only i can help me. this book has provided me with some VERY simple, practical, uncomplicated and effective steps to follow to get myself back on top. thank you, i am grateful.

Narration is difficult

The sound is incredibly wet, like I can hear every drop of saliva in his mouth. This may be appealing for ASMR lovers, but I can not stand it.

Nothing new here …

Author means well, but advocates things that have saturated the public domain for years. In addition, some of the nutritional advice ( other than eating whole foods) is negative or outmoded.
