Calmed down my mind!
I was looking for extra tools to de-stress and make peace with some of the racing thoughts in the monkey mind, and I found a wealth of resources and tools that actually work in this audiobook.
I learned more about mindfulness, being present, and got a ton from the meditations.
The narrator’s voice was pleasant and encouraging as I went through the audiobook.

Taming the monkey mind
This was a a simple, functional, and intuitive to follow approach for reducing mental chatter, and stress/anxiety/overall. The author references clinically proven mindfulness techniques for calming overactive thinking, including intentional thought observing and breath practices. Over time, these strategies have proven effective in reducing my daily stress, and insecurities/anxiety overall. The narrator was also easy to listen to and follow.
