So helpful!

At first I wondered if I would truly learn anything significant enough. Well that was prideful! This was so helpful.
Also it’s a book I listened to mostly when driving and it wasn’t so intense that it distracted me while driving yet intriguing enough to keep me going.

Excellent!! MUST READ for everyone!!

This book is extraordinarily simple, practical and transformational. I recommend that everyone read or listen to this book, or listen to the podcasts. Basic, but profound truths about emotions, how to view them and process them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Needed this!

One difficulty after another left me feeling numb and not sure how to move forward. This book helped me to practically sort through all of my emotions so that I can move on. I’m so incredibly thankful for the work put into this book. What a blessing it was to read!

This book helped me to better understand my emotions through a biblical lens. I didn’t want the traditional “self-help“ books, but I knew that I had more to discover about my own feelings. This book was an answered prayer, and a breath of fresh air. The author was intentional in her depiction of our motions and their purpose, and she provided practical steps to help us embrace our emotions as God‘s children.
To the author, thank you for being obedient in your calling to complete this book. I pray that you are able to touch many more lives, as you have touched mine, through this work.

Heart Filled

This book is incredibly heart filled and real. Life is messy and so are relationships, but with God comes restoration, healing and beauty. I felt all of that while reading this book. Beautiful, Vulnerable; Real.
