A must read

A book that that only teaches you how to be assertive with yourself and with others, but it also integrates a biblical principles and how to both honor what you’re feeling, and allowing God to enter in and sit along the feelings. He is the ultimate source for peace, strength and comfort.

Stock up on Highlighters!

Dr. Alison has done it again! With each book she has written, my response has been - “these truths are profound!” #IShouldntFeelThisWayBook did not disappoint! I like to highlight insights that I want to go back to consider more fully, and when I had finished the last page, the book was almost completely highlighted. I’m looking forward to rereading every word. Dr Alison has a gift of taking profound principles and making them easily understood. I especially love the questions to consider in retraining thoughts and beliefs. So practical. My sister and I plan to go through the book together one chapter per week to slowly digest and discuss its truths.

A must read for anyone needing help with their shameful emotions. Weight was lifted off my shoulders and my mind feels clearer than it has been in a long time thanks to the practical steps in this book. Highly recommend!
