About this listen

I now pronounce your end of life...

It's that special day. The day when everything's supposed to be perfect. The day when everyone is supposed to drink too much and party like it's 1999. A day when family and friends show their support for the beginning of a beautiful bond.

But what if someone wasn't there just to celebrate and have fun? What if the extravagant, isolated destination was chosen for a more nefarious reason than assumed? What if someone at the ceremony held a dark secret? One that would see those in attendance slaughtered and humiliated in ways so nightmarish, they're beyond imagination? What if most everyone at the celebration had unknowingly attended a Wedding Day Massacre?

Splatterpunk Award-nominated author Aron Beauregard extends his invitation to you.

Disturbing

Disturbingly intriguing. But you have to have no triggers and understand going in this is a splatter punk book.

Gory and never a dull moment

I love how the stories Aron writes aren’t the typical “hero prevails in the end”. There’s so many dark turns and twists..love it!

Brutal!

Aron went full throttle on the brutality in this one. This is definitely a great go-to for anyone looking for a fun, fast paced, and violent story.

What a ride!

Aron Beauregard is a fantastic writer. I thoroughly enjoy splatterpunk novels and his are top tier. The narrator seemed to take his time getting into the story though. Would have liked a little more enthusiasm, and when he spoke as different people it was hard to keep up because his tone never changed. But the story itself is awesome.

The ending was pleasantly evil, and a twist I didn’t see coming. Worth your credit.

I freaking LOVED IT!! Not for the squeamish.

My OWN wedding was like this, just without the blood.
Very cathartic. LOVED this book for that. I know, that might sound weird, but all these years later, it seems sooo fitting... cathartic for me. I could (and plan to) listen to it over and over again.

I will say this on the author's warnings, don't be one of those "Karen's" that buys it and requests a refund... like, not cool. Maybe add a quick warning, pregnant women might want to avoid? But let's be real, if you're listening to or reading this book, you PROBABLY already knew what you were getting into.

Kudos Mr. Beauregard!! You can now officially say you've cheered up a widow that had a horrible wedding day as well. Thank you!!!

Hilarious and Fd up

At moments I has tinge of humor especially the Drowning Pool reference. but it will have you feeling bad for some people but at the same time thinking, f these people they kinda had what was coming.

Entertaining and Disturbing

I enjoyed this story in all its depravity. The reader fit the story and I enjoyed the ride. It was uncomfortable and also had points of hilarity. well written and fun.
