It really helps lose your weight!!! From day one I noticed a change in my sleep pattern. I think it's working on my eating habits, I've been using it about a week and I've noticed some changes the most extreme change has been in sleep, very relaxing, very soothing, lulls me into a deep sleep.

Easy listen!

This is a serious audiobook about self improvement and understanding how to get real results from yourself. Experience the real joy of doing something for yourself by yourself. There is no other feeling like it. Most of us want and need to look inside and see if we can get rid of those nagging little things that seem to hold us back. Start with this audiobook. Easy listen!

This is a great audiobook that works.

This is a great audiobook that works. I used the script for stress in the beginning, and, to my surprise I felt much more grounded and calm. One week was enough for one issue but you have to listen the script every day once a day - consistency is key. When the effect wears off, you can do another week. Very helpful! Such a great tool at your fingertips.

This is a well written

This is a well written piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster.

the music...

it is terrible. it's plucky and not in a good way. the guys voice isn't at all soothing. I wish I could return it. His abrupt voice would startle me awake or out of meditation.

Great advice.

Wonderful audiobook. The author starts with an overview of the hypnosis process and how it works with your mind. Then he explains how to use the suggested self-hypnosis scripts that follow.

Very pleased with the results

His voice is very calming and relaxing. I drifted off into a deep state of relaxation. I will listen to this again and again. I will watch for positive change and results. My only suggestions is that at the very end of it, I felt like he should have said something to conclude it; such as "you may wake up now". Overall, loved it! I found myself making better choices each day without even thinking about it. Feeling so much better!
