About this listen

An ordinary man is about to become an extraordinary hero.

Ethan's life was straightforward enough—classes, homework, the occasional beer with friends—until the night he rescues two enchanting vampire-witch hybrids, Aurelia and Seraphina. As their guardian, he's hurled into a hidden world of magic and peril as he protects these captivating twins from the relentless threats that stalk them.

But he doesn't have to do it as a human. Ethan discovers a dormant force within—a powerful werewolf itching to be unleashed. If he learns to embrace his inner wolf, he can be the hero he was destined to become.

He fights for a future where the supernatural can be at peace. Will he rise to the occasion or will the looming shadows of evil swallow him whole?

This was a great story with a lot of depth that I thoroughly enjoyed. The pacing was great, the story kept my attention, and I found the voice acting to be wonderful.

Loved it.

The story was good but it could have been awesome if the author hadn't tried so hard and failed to make the characters sound sophisticated. Alot of the dialog just sounds so unnecessarily long worded. From the FMCs it could be a personality and cultural quirk that could have worked, but the MC is supposed to be a nerdy college student who grew up in modern America. It just sounds ridiculous listening to what is supposed to be a modern teenager talking like he does. it's also ridiculous then rather than try to explain the modern world when they first interact he makes stupid statements about how it's magical. His explanation why he doesn't want them touching his PS5 controller being an example. Then there's the narrator, he reads great but he makes the MC sound like a whiny kid through the whole thing.

good story but

I loved the characters in this, especially Seraphina. She was sexy and funny. The narrator knocks the performance out of the park and I loved his ability to tell a story

Sensational book! Exciting!
