not a good choice for audio
Hearing my 80 year old grandfather telling me he has big muscles, and a body attractive to women was not as motivational as I'd hoped. I cannot imagine how a woman listening to the women's affirmations would feel. And the whistling sibilant sounds annoyed me too the point i couldn't continue.
