Says absolutely nothing new. Book is filled with obvious old info like "sellers should keep their homes clean for showings", "the internet is full of social media, like facebook and twiiter. Agents should take advantage of these and join social Media" Really?! 2 hours of obvious money sucking BS and worthless information. Narrator sounds like a 1950s infomercial seller. Its so bad, the writer obviously lacks integrity and is selling garbage.Complete waste of money
