Geneen Roth
In this guided meditation, Geneen Roth helps you to reconnect with your body, and learn to understand what it's trying to tell you. It's the first and most important step in changing your relationship with food and fully nourishing yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

If you’ve listened to books by Geneen Roth before, how does this one compare?
I enjoy Geneen Roth very much, but this listen was lacking completeness. I enjoy her soothing voice and trust her wisdom. This meditation does bring awareness to the extremities but it stops before allowing full embodiment.Your Relationship with Food, Vol. II focuses on the core by tuning in to physical and emotional hunger in our mouth, throat, power center and belly. For me, the second volume better helps to ground me in all of the body. It is a better integration of mindful inquiry and awareness whereas this volume is awareness of the certain body parts only.
