This is a good intro but . . .
I think that the longer versions are better if you are serious about any of the eating issues. I didn't waste a credit but bought it -- and so it is fine.
I have to say that those who wrote about her voice? WHAAAAA? I expected some crazy voice. She is well-modulated and just fine. Inducts a bit of a meditative atmosphere.
Also, this is not about any one kind of eating issue, despite what some have said. It works just as well for the yoyo-dieter as it does for the anorexic. I have done the program for years and it is amazing.

Should have read the reviews
I got this for like 2$ but I should have looked at how long it was and read the reviews saying it was short. It's a great introduction into eating issues, but was not exactly what I was hoping for.

Diet inspiration
This is a brief introduction to Geneen's work helping people overcome emotional eating. It is easy listening and I liked her voice. You get to know about her life and her relationship with food. You might end up feeling like the lucky one. The 50 minute recording makes me want to listen to her other books so I can try to figure out what my own emotional eating stems from.

Great Introduction to Bite by Bite
If you could sum up Break Free from Emotional Eating in three words, what would they be?
This is a great Introduction to her book Bite by Bite but I think its okay to skip over this and straight to that book. Its not that much longer to listen to and it gives you more.

Did not follow the actual book
I have the book and started to read it. Unfortunately I do not have a ton of time so I got the audio version. The book does not match the audio and the audio was extremely short compared to the book. I am not sure I got the entire audio version or is this normal with actually easing and then listening to the audio?
