A Wake Up Call!
I sat there and felt like Donald was watching my restaurant over my shoulder! He nails the real problems I have are more about me and my team then about changing the menu or posting more on TikTok. Totally the wake up call I needed to refocus my attention to creating a better culture.

If your restaurants good, you need this book, if your restaurant sucks, you need this book twice. You’ll learn more in this book than you can possibly imagine. Donald Burns is the man.
