This is ideal for those considering starting a restaurant. If you are already involved in the industry, only the finance part of it might be helpful. I was hoping for more info about Lean Startup principles, but he only mentioned pop-ups and food carts as ways to test the market, with little detail about how to do that. Instead of “a lean startup guide”, the title should be called “a beginner guide”

Great for Business Awareness.
This audiobook was perfect for lighting the path of a restaurant entrepreneur. How many times have i heard it’s difficult or not profitable to open a restaurant? 100+. But this book lets you know why! If after you’re done listening to this and still have the courage and discipline to follow it’s advice and create your own plan then you are in the right industry. Thank you for not sugar coating Dan! A real book for real business people.
