Kasey understands Restaurant People bc she is Restaurant People

1.) I really enjoy when the author is also the narrator - it builds a better connection to the material.
2.) she repeats a lot of these concepts over and over again and I like it because it’s allowed me to listen and work at the same time
3.) she understands the struggles of being a restaurant owner - she understands us

Highly recommend read for Food & Hospitality Industry

I am a certified Profit First Professional and this is a very good derivative of the Profit First principles with a lense for the food and hospitality industry. This book applies to restaurants but has wisdom for any business from new startups to experienced organizations.
