In this talk Osho takes his audience into the world of Zen. "There are a few essential things which make Zen absolutely different from any kind of teaching. The most important of these essentials is that Zen is a revolution. All other religions are servants to the vested interests. Osho always expresses unusual insights to education and the upbringing of children. In this talk, responding a question, he explores the relationship between children and parents. He says, meditation and consciousness give opportunities to change the direction of these relationships and therefore the whole of humanity. Parents respecting their children, rather than seeing them as property, is a key point.

Osho responds to a question addressing the fear of intelligence: "The first and the most important part of intelligence is innocence. That's why you felt terrible - because in the world innocence and intelligence have been divided, not only divided but put diametrically opposite to each other. If intelligence remains innocent it is the most beautiful thing possible, but if it is against innocence then it is simply cunningness and nothing else; it is not intelligence."

By now most people understand or are beginning to understand that this earth, this humanity is facing an enormous crisis. Stress created by a pandemic in addition to ongoing political issues, economic issues, and climate change issues are taking a toll on the minds and well-being of many people. Such times are dangerous for those who have no courage to explore new dimensions of life. But times of crisis are of tremendous significance for those daring souls who have never bothered about what others think about them but have in a certain way always been rebellious, individualistic.

Here Osho exposes the belief in God as a mere projection of the mind, a game we play with ourselves in order to avoid responsibility. We do according to god rather than being according to our self. So long as god is we are not. So long as god decides we don’t. Only by seeing the trap of our belief in god are we free from god and free to be ourselves.

Ye Buddha ke sutra hain jinmen Buddha aath angovala marga batate hain: samyak drishti, samyak sankalp, samyak vani, samyak karmant, samyak ajiv, samyak vyayam, samyak smriti, samyak samadhi. Osho ne. bahut gaharai se in aath ango ko samjhaya hai jo sadhak ke liye atyant upayogi hai.

Meditação é sentar-se sem fazer nada. Se você começar a fazer alguma coisa, estará movendo-se para fora de seu centro. Quando não estiver fazendo absolutamente nada, seja física ou mentalmente, quando você estiver apenas sendo, isto é meditação. Não é possível fazê-la, não é possível praticá-la. É preciso apenas compreendê-la.
