Reeling from the conflict with the dwarves, Ken and several Haylon classes move to an event on the 28th floor of a dead branch of the dungeon to prepare for the raid. While he’s busy training, his grandparents give him his first mission to assess and carry out on his own. Between Ken’s time of scouting out and investigating his target, he runs in with the other three schools and learns he’s not the only ace damage dealer. Pendulum, Trusk and the Royal Academy all have a student that’s a head above the rest of their peers.

Five hundred years of fighting demons and humanity has been pushed to the brink of extinction. As the last bastion of the remaining humans is shattered, Bran Heros, the Wandering King, decides to enact a last ditch effort. He’s going to send his soul back in time to two years before the demon invasion comes to earth. This time when the demons first come he’s going to be waiting. Ken and party are training with his grandparents, preparing themselves to the next semester of Haylon. Yet, even after the Gransmens' deaths, there are still plots from the Kaiming targeting Ken. After thwarting an attack on him at the Nagato Clan, Ken heads back to Haylon to get the strength he needs.

Classes continue at Haylon academy. Ken has identified who's behind the attacks on his Fieore and is determined to remove that particular problem, yet Haylon rules prevents him from taking it into his own hands. As they dive deeper into the dungeon, Crimson prepares him and the rest of the first years on how to camp in the dungeon. When their camping exercise is interrupted, Ken's done, and this time, he means business.

Ken returns from the Elven World to another year at Haylon College. Yet, attitudes towards training have changed, the Naga attack has shifted priorities the world over and Ken finds himself and his fellow classmates pushed harder than ever before. The big four colleges no longer are going to focus on survival of their students, it's time to push them and let the strongest shine.

With Ken on the run and Crimson missing, he goes to the Elven world with Neldra and Fayeth to hide out until Crimson returns. Lady Rendral isn’t quite what he expected, her reclusive life leads her to happily accept Ken and Fayeth for the summer. But the future Empress of the Elven people isn’t without her own struggles. Political opponents push her and she hires Ken to dig up some dirt on those who would stymie her goals. Ken can see her struggle and works with Lady Rendral to topple her opposition.

Ard and his anchors are off to the capital, but not without his Congratulations—you’re-a-mage horse. Ard has to figure out what it means to be a noble as he struggles with the politics of the capital, fierce beasts and even fiercer rivals. All the while a goddess slips into his household as the staff and works to watch over him and his mother.

Have you ever felt like there was something inside of you pushing your actions? A dormant beast, so to speak. I know it sounds crazy. But, that’s the best way I could describe how I’ve felt for a long time. I thought it was normal, some animal part of the human brain that lingered from evolution. But, this is the story of how I learned I wasn’t exactly human, and there was a world underneath our own where all the things that go bump in the night live. And, that my beast was very real indeed.

Zach is on the hunt for Morgana, who’s hidden herself in Sentarshaden, the secret city of paranormals. The elven city is celebrating the time of rebirth and nurturing their root trees. His secret is slipping, and he sees just what is in store for him as a green dragon becomes known to the city. The new dragon is both revered and hunted. But keeping himself hidden becomes impossible as he finds Morgana in a terrible state and needing his help.

Ard is hunkering down in the mountains for the winter as the war cools with the snow. That means it’s time to practice his magic and stay out of trouble. Well… Ard might not be entirely proficient at the last one. At the very least, he’s staying away from the city and his penchant for annoying other people. Except that doesn’t work out so well when he’s forced to attend a ball held by the Brighthavens, though they’ll certainly regret forcing Ard’s attendance.

Zach is prepping for his wedding, but our favorite dragon king can’t sit still during wedding preparations, and when Maeva asks for his help to delve into the Fae Wilds to save her mother, he’s more than happy to get out of wedding planning.

The FBI is digging dangerously close to the paranormal truth. In fact, they are observing Zach like he's some mobster kingpin. Then again, with a new giant mansion filled with beautiful ladies and a hoard brimming with gold, is being the dragon king all that different?

Zach and his ladies are packing up for the dragon conclave. He has enough on his hands trying to impress centuries-old dragons that he’s their new king. But when a dragon arrives injured and another dies at the conclave, things grow tense at the conclave. Zach will need to step up as their new king and solve a problem so old it’s been forgotten. As if he doesn’t have enough to deal with, as pushy dragons vie for his attention, he’ll have to solve a murder as well.

When the FBI prepares to head down to Brazil, Zach gets tapped to join them. Things aren’t going to plan though. Geists are being created and weaponized around Philly and even drawing the attention of the military. To solve it, Zach needs to go down to El Dorado and convince them that he’s not like the dragons that came before him and that they need to help him solve Aphrodite’s grand plan.

Zach is back. Life has been good since they dispatched a rabid, alpha wolf, tricked into dark power. His hoard is growing steadily, with odd jobs working as Morgana’s partner, and they’ve been hired to deal with the swamp troll migration, as the trolls pass through Philly on their way to Florida for the winter. As if he doesn’t have enough to deal with, the Order of the Magi come to town for a convention, and tensions grow taut between magi and the paranormal council.

In a city where the supernatural dances with the mundane, a dragon's justice burns brighter than dragon fire. Beelzebub, the Prince of Hell's audacity to wreak havoc in Zach's turf—and bring the FBI's fury down on the dragon king—will not be forgotten. It's time for payback.

Heavy is the head who wears the crown. That goes double for the dragon king. Zach is wrapping up the end of the school year, trying to juggle his new independent study, where Sabrina and the dragons teach him magic while also being the king of dragons, a sitting member of the Philly Council, and a good mate to six.
