This CEO has finally met his match...

When New York matchmaker Addison St. Claire is tasked with matching her best friend's new brother-in-law, she almost refuses. But the sexy Southern CEO turns out to be a challenge she can't resist, because if anyone needs to meet his soul mate, it's this man. And if matching him with someone else removes the temptation of being near him? Even better.

The last thing Caine McNeill needs is a matchmaker - especially a gorgeous redhead who spouts nonsense about soul mates, critiques what he drives and how he dresses, buys him a dog, and pesters him about a million little things he couldn't care less about. It's a crying shame he has to keep his hands off, because chemistry like what's flaring between them ought to be explored. Thoroughly.

And so the battle begins. Addison is determined to stick to her plan of setting him up on dates with other women, and Caine is equally determined to ignore these women and seduce her.

Contains mature themes.

The premise of the story is understandable but it went the entire book instead of cutting off and having more of the MC’s together. The idea of one ‘soulmate’ is ridiculous and especially with her becoming a widow at the age of 21. If you’re looking for a puff listen then this is your book.

always love💕 Katee Robert stories but I only wish she had male and female narrators...it would make the sexy scenes that much more better😉 but i think all romance novels should have alot of good sex scenes!

I love this author and I want to start out saying I appreciate you allowing us to experience this book for free, although I own the paperbacks for almost every thing else you written. That being said it was a nice somber short story. I enjoyed it but felt just a little unsatisfied by the end, only because this story seemed so mild compared to others. Over all though it was a welcomed get away and I truly appreciate their journey. Mander’s Out. :)

Enjoyable little ditty ;)

Whilst duel narration is better, I still really enjoyed this lovely story read by Lidia Dornet! The story was great and I’d be keen to read more of what Katee Robert has to offer if it’s anything like this.

Loved this

What match?

I feel like I'm in a book slump for the past two months. And since I have enjoyed books written by this author for years now, I figured this would get me out of it, but unfortunately, I found myself confused as to what was happening. I was not absorbing the store,y I missed quite a lot of details, if I am to be honest. My fault in a way because I have been listening while at work (I have fewer cerebral tasks this week, what can I say?). So, as far as I can remember, what happened was heroine is the friend of the hero's sister-in-law. Sis-in-law suggested to the heroine that she take in her bro-in-law as a client for her matchmaking business. Heroine met the hero and told him she would help him find her match. The heroine brought the dogs to the hero's house. Heroine presented a few matches for the hero. But somewhere along the way, their physical attraction was as strong as ever, so the inevitable happened. Hero let the heroine meet his parents. But, as this happened, they (???) ended up arguing over getting serious because that would mean one had to give up something (i.e., uprooting themselves to be together). Hero had a confrontation with his father and gave up his position as CEO (???) in their family business. Heroine went home and was brooding until she was visited by her grandmother and had "the talk." Meanwhile, the hero was contacted by his father, asking him to come back to their company, so he accepted, but with conditions. Finally, the hero had his grand gestures featuring the dogs. And they lived happily ever after. I wished I were able to absorb more details in the book, but after giving this summary of sorts, I guess it wasn't that bad, after all. Katee Robert still delivers, whether in traditional or auditory format.
