Story
Raised in the small town of Wushan, Linley is a scion of the Baruch clan, the clan of the once-legendary Dragonblood Warriors. Their fame once shook the world, but the clan is now so decrepit that even the heirlooms of the clan have been sold off. Their prospects seem dire...and yet, perhaps some power still remains within the veins of the clan. Dragons do not easily die, and neither do the dragonblooded.

Plot armor
Reviewed: 02-28-25
Great story not one I like the writer did an amazing job on the story and connecting with the characters. It was fun and entertaining. It does seem plot armor heavy I tend to not be fans of those but if you like them then this is def one for you. Also even if you’re iffy on them I would say give it a shot cause it really is a good book. Enjoy.

This time, he will seize every opportunity, fight every monster, and plunder every treasure as he enjoys life to the fullest. If only it were that easy. Humans are considered one of the weakest sentient races, confined to their patch of land but that hasn't changed their nature as they fight amongst themselves forced to split their sources of power instead of unite for the greater whole

Story
Adrian was on his way to work when he was summoned to another world. A world of magic and monsters, where he finds himself more alive than he has ever been on Earth. But also, where death awaits him in any corner, and he must become stronger. But at first, before he can even fight, he has to run, because he is too weak to win a battle against even the weakest monster. And that is why he invests all of his Essence Points into his Agility. Which eventually gives him the potential to overcome almost all his enemies— with the small caveat that he does not get hit, of course. His immense speed...

Victor can’t wait to get the hell out of high school, go to the local community college on a sports scholarship, and start his own life. But that’s all put on hold when he enters his abuela’s house and somehow ends up stepping into a world unlike anything he’s ever known, filled with fantastical meta-humans; walking, talking devils; and other creatures one usually needs some serious pharmaceuticals to see. Fanwath is no dream, though. In fact, it’s a nightmare.
