Simple Beginner Info

This is good for an absolute beginner, but not so good if you have already learned quite a bit about yoga, so it just deends on where you are in your yoga journey.

Good intro

50 thing to know about yoga by Sushmita Choudhury is a good intro to book. It’s helpful for beginners. The narration by Corey Katona is very good.
