A Good book for good gut

Holistic guide for beginners!

I really like that this book is a holistic guide. The author shows how important and central your gut is to your overall wellbeing so it makes sense that a holistic approach is needed to improve your gut health. Not just your diet or probiotics. For example the author shows how sleep and exercise can help as well. I especially also appreciate the pelvic exercise she mentioned. All in all, I recommend this book!

Great Book.

You really must have this book. You can cure your stomach and your body and mind in only 7 easy steps, as the author so eloquently explains. Describes the positive effects of consuming probiotics and prebiotics on digestive health. She provides a rundown of activities that are easy on the digestive system. In addition, more than a dozen recipes for maintaining a healthy digestive system are included. I learned a tonne that will help me deal with these issues. It discusses in depth the digestive process, the best foods for gut health, and the foods to avoid. It gave me a broader perspective on things to think about. I'm glad I found this book since I think it will be a helpful reference I can return to anytime I need to double-check my progress and make any required modifications.

Very educational and actionable!

Punch to your Gut

This book is great on health! It explains and introduces different steps on improving it. Oh, how I wished I learned this during my childhood. You don't have to eat every meal that is fried and if you do, there are consequences. This book even helps you sleep which is so important for your health. Again, I wished I knew this very young.

A Wealth of Information

I have had gut health for years and was so happy to listen to this book. The significantly changing science about our gut can be very confusing. What can I eat, and what shouldn't I eat? I was so happy to hear dark chocolate, by the way. Lol. I was very surprised to learn how the gut and brain health are connected. This is good to understand that, at times, what we eat can affect even our mental state. It mentioned that you need prebiotics and probiotics to maintain a healthy gut, exercise, and sleep. It even included a few recipes to include some good foods, like chai seeds, into your diet. This a great guide to your digestive system on track for optimal health and long life.
