I enjoyed listening this audiobook.

I love these recipes! Healthy with ingredients that aren't hard to find. A great healthy spin on some not so healthy favorites. And great information on how to support the endocrine system. I enjoyed listening this audiobook. It has valuable information to tone your body.

A very interesting and informative book and explains why I am so tired all the time. Teachers are under a lot of stress and have to multi-task day after day.

Audiobook is a great introduction to the topic!

Easy to listen to format. This audiobook is a great introduction to the topic! Great info and a solid basis to start my research. For forty years I have been on pain meds I didn't need because of an allergy and the doctor's misdiagnosis. I am off all the drugs but need to fix all they messed up. Thank you for this piece of the puzzle.

This audiobook is concise and considerate, I felt as though I was sitting with a learned friend who was firmly but persuasively telling me what was going on with my body and mind; as if that were not enough, my dear friend pointed me in the direction of recovery using terminology that was and is readily understood.
