Great book

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a great book that is not your normal fad thing. It is so far one of the best books I have read on nutrition that is not plant based. It is a great foundation for people who want to make real life changes and not get sucked into our current fad diet programs.

informational and motivating!

Listening to this Audible book, I became more aware of the foods that I consume and what needs to be included more into my diet. I appreciated the scientific information about the body and chemical compounds in foods and how everything reacts together! This is one too read over and over!

The Food Bible!!

Excellent reading!!! I thoroughly enjoyed learning NEW information that was in this book. some misconceptions I had about carbs and proteins were cleared up. I learnt to eat protein in the morning and eat carbs later. I thought it was the complete opposite for years. so glad I listened to this book!! thanks for the wealth of info. I've implemented the diet and feel better after a few days!! it works

Website needs work

The website is referenced multiple times in the audio book. There is a description of how to get the PDF companion and take the quiz, yet neither work the way they are supposed to. Otherwise, I learned so much about adrenal fatigue and where I fall in terms of getting back my health. The information is simple to understand. The narrator is easy to listen to.

Just Do It

Finally a book that was written just for me! This book has so many proven ideas and I look forward to enacting each one. Not only did I get the audiobook, I bought the hardback version to highlight and refer back to.

Very insightful

Full of resources and very well studied and incredibly helpful. I'm implementing everything I can to get rid on my insomnia. So far I'm making good progress in just a few days. Whew!
