Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a great book that is not your normal fad thing. It is so far one of the best books I have read on nutrition that is not plant based. It is a great foundation for people who want to make real life changes and not get sucked into our current fad diet programs.

Listening to this Audible book, I became more aware of the foods that I consume and what needs to be included more into my diet. I appreciated the scientific information about the body and chemical compounds in foods and how everything reacts together! This is one too read over and over!

The website is referenced multiple times in the audio book. There is a description of how to get the PDF companion and take the quiz, yet neither work the way they are supposed to. Otherwise, I learned so much about adrenal fatigue and where I fall in terms of getting back my health. The information is simple to understand. The narrator is easy to listen to.

Excellent reading!!! I thoroughly enjoyed learning NEW information that was in this book. some misconceptions I had about carbs and proteins were cleared up. I learnt to eat protein in the morning and eat carbs later. I thought it was the complete opposite for years. so glad I listened to this book!! thanks for the wealth of info.
