DBT is a credible therapy
I am afflicted with a mental disorder and coping with the overwhelmed feeling is difficult to do. On one day something helps and the following day it isn’t as effective. This book relieves a lot of my anxiety and pressure. Based on DBT Chapter 5 is my go to chapter. It is loaded with different coping mechanisms for different problems. Each is presented with an easy to remember acronym. This is a resource and multi-listen audiobook.

Effective DBT strategies
DBT is just now coming to the surface as a treatment for borderline personality disorder. This book covers several topics including what is DBT used for, how to use it appropriately and then the actual steps needed to make a change in your life. I enjoyed the narrator as well as he made me feel calm while going through the exercises. I learned so much such as drawing boundaries for myself even with family members in order to protect my own mental health. For anyone looking for a book to start diving in to DBT, this is the book you need.

Effective way to tackle BPD by DBT
A very informative book on Borderline personality disorder . I think DPT is a gold standard when it comes to treatment options for anyone who is struggling with BPD.
Although I don't have this disorder but this book helped me to understand the way people with BPT feels like and that we should be patient and sympathetic while talking to them. we should support them to cope up with it.

Informative and Easy to Understand
This book provides a comprehensive overview of borderline personality disorder and the usefulness of dialectical behavior therapy to treat it and improve your life. Learning how to distinguish bpd from other disorders is thoroughly discussed, which is the first step to proper treatment.
