I’ve found this audiobook pretty helpful
Easy to listen and follow. Explains why your brain works the way it does for depression. Knowing that gives me the tools needed to continue working on me. The doing mode and the being mood. This audio book is for anyone, you dont need to be fighting depression.

This audible is exceeded my expectations
I'm currently looking for new ways to be happier and calm her as life is been stressful for me lately and been able to go through this audio book and learn about different ways to practice along with taking notes and get myself in the right frame of mind is helpful. I also learned that what you eat affects your body and how you feel so very important to eat the right foods.

I got a lot of information all my questions
This audio book really help improve my life. The meditation is really good but you need to stick with it even if your feeling better to help not relapse or at least relapse as bad. The stories are wonderfully helpful if you have ever dealt with depression. I dont recommend just this audio book. Get a councilor or psychiatrists as well but this is a great start.

This is a wonderful and highly practical audiobook
A must listen! Wonderful!! The audio are great - this is more than just a self help for depression. It was used in a class I attended on dealing with anxiety. I bought this copy for my daughter - great info on relaxing through life.

This audible provides valuable information
I have been working very hard on meditation and learning how to properly do it. This audio book breaks things down into steps, and also terminology which was good because I didn't know how to define the things I needed to do. This audio book gives you different ways to hold your hands, ways to breath, and exercises to practice both. I am very glad I got to review this audio book.
