This book really prepared me to overcome some real anxiety attacks I had for years. It's not a cure, it's not a one-stop-shop, but Emma Campbell wrote the book in a way that made me really relate. He does a good job of taking the fear out of panic and anxiety attacks. He's not selling you a cure, make no mistake. He is selling you a path out though, it's up to you to walk the path and his book definitely helps you along it. If you suffer, give it a shot. I did and I'm now doing things that were impossible for me before.

I like this book
I started having panic attacks while driving in June and became stuck at home only able to leave the house when hubby could drive me. I just finished reading this book in March and that night I used the techniques in this book and drove. That was yesterday! Today I drove again. Highly recommend this book.
