About this listen

Want to harness the power of neuroscience to overcome anxiety, panic attacks, fear, worry, and even shyness? Then, keep reading!

Relentless fear, chest pain, heart palpitations, and shortness of breath, among other things, are signs you’re having an anxiety or panic attack. Both may feel similar; this is because they share a lot of emotional and physical symptoms. However, an anxiety attack is a different condition from a panic attack.

Anxiety can build gradually and is usually linked to an event, situation, or experience that’s perceived as threatening or stressful. Panic attacks, however, often occur out of the blue, and aren’t always cued by stressors.

But one this is for certain - both anxiety and panic attacks can make you feel like you’re losing control. It’s important to know how to manage these conditions, so you can make the crucial shift and not allow yourself to spiral into the abyss.

Lucky for you, Emma Campbell has created the ultimate guide to rewiring your brain using neuroscience, so you can overcome anxiety, panic attacks, fear, worry, and even shyness!

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to navigate your way around anxiety and other negative emotional reactions
  • How to recognize where fear and anxiety is coming from
  • How to understand anxiety through neuroscience
  • And so much more!

Unfortunately, people often mistake anxiety and panic attacks as one and the same. With the help of some evidence-based tools and tips in this audiobook, you will learn the distinction between the two so you can more effectively address the underlying causes of each.

Don’t let anxiety and panic attacks overwhelm you! Scroll up, click on “buy now”, and start listening!

Very Interesting Book

Tremendous book. I cannot recommend it enough. I had never experienced anxiety before. I had a few medical issues this year and it seemed to drum up something from deep down inside me. A few months after my medical adventure, I began to get a horrible feeling of unease. It's hard to explain, just that want to crawl out of your own skin feeling.

Great One

I suffer from horrible, unyielding anxiety, especially when it comes to eating alone in my home. I bought this book so that I wouldn't be a prisoner of my fear, and this book helped, a lot.

Best Audio Book

The best book I have ever written regarding anxiety attacks. I keep listening it to remind myself that I can decide how to react to a situation. Instead of being afraid of my anxiety, I now just watch it and do not try to resist it, just accept it. It is hardest to do when I am not feeling well, but that is when I get the most practice.

Excellent Listen

I just finished the book and it’s definitely a good listen. I suffer from a lot of aniexty, specific phobias and have a brain that won’t turn off when a negative thought comes in. I had a horrible week prior to reading this book and I found the author makes you look at your aniexty from a different view point. More logical and detached from whatever is stopping you from enjoying life.
