not very helpful. doesn't go deep enough
This book was not very helpful. I am a person who has reversed my arthritis through diet. I was curious to find out more. this book basically covers a whole bunch of information that you can find for free on the internet.if you have autoimmune situation try the Autoimmune Solution by Amy Myers. That book changed my life. This book was not helpful to me.
