A Must Have!

I can totally relate

As a new parent, I have found myself slipping into a mental state that I did not like. The sleepless nights, exhaustion, worry for my child's safety, and of course, concerns about being a good parent, have put a lot of pressure on me. As I struggle to juggle all that parenthood has thrown at me, this book came at just the right time.

The author gave me a sense of comfort knowing that I am not alone, provided me tips to manage my mental health and the assurance that my insecurities are normal. I am very grateful to have listened to this audiobook and feel myself healing more each day as I stare lovingly into my baby's eyes, repeating positive affirmations for myself as much as speaking love over her life.
