I have enjoyed this book series quite a bit. surprising what happened to some of the characters this go around though. I look forward to the next entry.

I stumbled accords this series back then there were only a couple books out and decided that I’d give it a chance as the story seemed compelling enough.

Fast forward through 9 more books and I can proudly say this is a series will will return to re-read for years to come. I can’t wait long enough for the next books to come out. Here’s to praying that this next book is even longer!

Moving Fast and lots going on, got intense pretty fast and we say ………….. I’m not going to spoil it. One of my favorite 4 Cultivation fantasy series out there.
Mare’s performance is top notch as always and brings the book to life!

Semi-Spoilers- I have enjoyed most of the books in the series, some of them more than others. This was enjoyable and definitely one of my favorites except for a major plot line. For some apparent reason the author decided to not to continue with one of the major characters and a side character as well. This is fine however it just seemed wasted and out of no where. Again this would be fine if this happened in past books but it was apparent based on past of couple of books that he didn’t know what to do with this character and decided not to continue. But most of all, the way this happens is just plain stupid and really ruined that story. Otherwise this would easily been 5/5 stars.

This is getting better and better, the players are getting pretty crazy now. It should be really interesting to see how it wraps up.

Another great listen in an amazing series. The voice actor is always on point, and although this book was a little shorter, there was plenty happening. Can’t wait for the next!
