Story
Ashlock wakes in the courtyard of a demonic sect... as a tree. A tree that eats people. An odd start to a new life. Almost as strange as the humans flying through the skies on flaming swords and challenging the heavens. After all, this is a world where humans could chase the goal of immortality through the art of cultivation. But Ashlock is merely a sapling in a desolate courtyard, left alone with his thoughts and unable to speak to those passing him by. Unless he does something about it.

Story
For more than 150 years I've served the Kingdom of Sena. Through four Kings and a Queen. Two wars and a rebellion. I've founded and taught at a magic school. I've fought against beast waves and dungeon breaks. But now? Now, the one close friend I had left has passed. So, I'm done with their politics and their economics. The short and busy lives of humans are more burden than benefit on the weary soul of this half-elf.

In a moment of danger, Hiral unlocks an achievement with a special instruction: Access a Dungeon to receive a Class-Specific Reward.

Story
Jin Rou wanted to be a cultivator. A man powerful enough to defy the heavens. A master of martial arts. A lord of spiritual power. Unfortunately for him, he died, and now I’m stuck in his body. Arrogant Masters? Heavenly Tribulations? All that violence and bloodshed? Yeah, no thanks. I’m getting out of here. Farm life sounds pretty great. Tilling a field by hand is fun when you’ve got the strength of ten men—though maybe I shouldn’t have fed those Spirit Herbs to my pet rooster.

Felix's life on Earth had become a series of dead-end jobs, ruined relationships, and rotating apartments smaller than most postage stamps. By all accounts, even his own, he was a coward. Too afraid to move forward, to take risks. Yet when given the chance to choose between risking his life or walking away from a deadly encounter, he didn't hesitate. Moments before his untimely demise, Felix was snatched from earth and thrust into a magical world known only as "The Continent". Empowered by the "System", he learns that he can strengthen himself through combat and dedication.

Those at the bottom of society struggle as second class citizens in a world in which power is a commodity. Rick is a young fighter in this world. Getting good
the first and second book were a little slow. the third book steadily got better as I got further into the story.
As always, Travis Baldree did an incredible job.

Started great, but I just don't like the protagonist, cynical.
I wanted to like this series, and I liked one and three better than two. I like the system, but it doesn't really seem a central thing, which is going to sound weird because they spend quite a bit of time talking about it, and working on it. maybe it's how much progress the protagonist makes or doesn't make? All in all, I think it comes back to my dislike for the protagonist so maybe that's just it.

A good one
Overall, this series is like a mashup of D.Gray-man and Cradle - the prologue is just like a major scene from the former, and much of the plot and characters are like the latter. But I like it, and want to read more of it.
The story seems to me to be a bit rough around the edges, with some things appearing tropey without depth behind them. For example, a character wants to use gravity magic to crush enemies and fly. It comes across as something only they can do because of their knowledge of science. But we know from science that gravity is one of the weakest forces in nature, so it breaks immersion for me when it ends up being really powerful for that character. And the challenges that the main character faces feel kindof arbitrary. And the hook at the end of each book comes across like a money grab rather than a necessary part of the story. And the author writes many times that someone is soulcrafting, but since soulcrafting is different from meditation or practicing a technique or kata, it feels wrong to just say “they’re soulcrafting” and leave it at that. Like, if someone is a potter in real life, would you just say “they’re crafting” over and over? It seems to me like it needs more context, or fewer mentions.
Speaking of things being arbitrary, why did the characters at the end of the first book join the main character in the second book? And how did they end up where they were? I felt like I missed a mini-story that filled in the gap.
On the other hand, I love a good story where characters get stronger or more skilled, and I think this is one. I like the main characters’ motivations and choices. And the characters and plot are engaging. The scene where the main character tells more advanced soul crafters to smash a fish demon and they listen because he knows what he’s talking about is great.
I think it’s a bit of a plot hole that a self-admitted misanthrope is also a charismatic negotiator, but I don’t mind letting it slide for the story.

feng shui Warriors or interior design Warriors
Nothing to dislike about this book great deal the only book that kind of sucks is book too that's only because it gets very slow. Basically the main character comes back to life after being killed the first time by someone who made him feel special and took it away.
The way you accumulate power by creating a soul home in your soul space basically interior design with this feng shui energy. This is the got to be the most talented writer ever because she made me like interior design. It's not like couches it's singularities in black holes. The writer keeps every single book moving except book two for a brief moment there is no sex Hallelujah some stupid discussions about prostitution which is brief and funny other than that the book is great not a waste of your money at all.
