Absolutely love the diversity of thought in this experience!

I like how it breaks down the difference between positive and negative reinforcement and generally then energy levels you need to have doing things and looking at things from the employees perspective more than just the managers c level perspective.

Thank you for this lesson.

The tone is a little dry and monotone.

So eye-opening and impactful

Daniels discusses how leadership is really a matter of understanding the laws of human behavior. Behavior is just a function of its consequence. With that, workplaces today in high numbers work against this understanding. Positive reinforcement is powerful and when we implement feedback, it needs to be paired with immediate positive reinforcement in order to see a continued and sustained behavior change. I am currently revamping my workplace with all the things I’ve learned from Daniels. I feel that after reading this book, I’ve cracked the code on workplace leadership- and now I’m never looking back!
