Very poor

Disappointed with the book. No real insights, superficial. It seems like it was put together for a college paper.

His conclusions are for ship yards workers’ manual

This book is a great effort to bridge military history, biographies of great historical leaders and modern business practice and theory. We need more of this type of books and we need more study of history for the purpose of drowning useful conclusions from it and distill them in theories and axioms. While the effort is admirable as an idea, I do need to warn young and a unexperienced readers that: his final conclusion of using intimidation and aggression to succeed in business, unless you work in a ship yard or in a prison or in a third world country or a jungle, not only will not work but it will destroy your reputation for ever. If your environment is a modern western values based environmental, especially Northern America you need to read other material like Grant Cardone’s ect to get what you need. Don’t follow the advice of this book, especially if you are already a competitive business person, it will exacerbate your already existing competitive personality out of proportions.

Awesome book!

Very informative the whole way through it. Every chapter adds new insight into the harsher realities of the human experience that sometimes gets over looked
