I’m not even in the fitness industry and yet this book has so many business principles that can apply to many other industries. As Alex said, we are not in the fitness industry but the coaching, accountability, and community creation business. If that’s your business this is your book.

Incredibly helpful even as a non-gym owner
Literally nothing is held back in this book. I have been following Alex for a while and read this to see if I was missing the “secret sauce”.
This book delivered wayyyy more than I had expected.
Admittedly, I didn’t make it through the book my first time reading.
I took it that it was too gym specific. But what I believe it really was was that I wasn’t ready to confront and make real changes to my business in alignment with the sound business principles in this.
Honestly made me consider getting into the gym game (briefly) because it is so comprehensive and also precise. Down to what to charge when, who to hire when, and the scripts to take some of the concepts I’ve heard him talk about into my business.
Glad i committed to getting all the way through it.

I’ve listened to this book 5x or more now.
If you’re in the gym space at all and want to make money, this is like the Holy Bible of our industry. Listen to it and read it over and over and over again and keep getting things more right every time you do. Listen, implement, listen, implement, listen, implement. Pairs phenomenally well with Alex’s other book, “$100M Leads”.

An amazing masterpiece and a blue print for succes
This is a fantastic book and an opportunity for Gym owners and all other professionals in the fitness industry to learn and get to apply known techniques that will 10x even 100x up their game and businesses! I wish I would have received this book as a gift 10 years back when I've started on this journey! I would have made an event better impact in my career 💪 Can't recommend the book and the author enough for how great and valuable the content is ! You should all buy this book and gift it to all the gym owners you know out there as this can be a life saving for businesses that are good but not applying the right tools to win the game and provide an even more amazing service to its members!

The book has some great ideas
The book is full of great ideas. Sometimes I felt like I was listening to the Wolf of Wall Street in the Gym business. How I feel about the sales tactics was affective versus sleazy. Not sure where I landed on that. Either way it’s knowledge you must know.
