Great :)

Great easy for beginner with no knowledge on how carb cycling works. The recipes also seem easy and with foods that are not foreign. . I am gonna give this book a try for sure.

Excellent guide book

Great book for starters - the explanation of the methodology helps to adapt your everyday recipes to fit in with your diet and trading schedules. On some days i can eat my favourite foods. Love it!

Recommended

This is a great little reference guide for those trying to eat healthier, lose fat and/or figure out how to optimize the carbs I eat. As I continue my fitness journey, I find this resource very useful as I try to find additional healthy food to add to my diet, and how to ensure the carbs don't sabotage me. Recommended.

This book have lot of sense

I am impressed by the content the author has put in this book. The explanations in this book about weight and muscle loss/gain make a lot of sense. And I like that I don’t have to starve to get the body I want.
