Helped me understand myself
I got this because I kept ending up in the same kind of relationships and didn’t know why. Listening to it helped me see some patterns I didn’t realize I had. The exercises really made me think about how I react to people and why. I’ve been working on setting better boundaries and not feeling bad about it. It’s also helped me feel more okay being by myself. I still have work to do, but this gave me a good place to start.

Exactly what I needed to start healing
This workbook helped me connect dots I didn’t even know existed—why I kept choosing the same kind of relationships, why setting boundaries felt so impossible. The guided exercises were honest but manageable, and I appreciated how it balanced compassion with accountability. I’ve already noticed a shift in how I respond to people and what I allow in my life. If you’re ready to stop the cycle and start healing, this one really delivers.

Helpful and Easy to Connect With
I listened to this during a few long walks and found myself thinking about parts of it even after I got home. The narrator had a steady and calm tone that made the tough topics feel easier to take in. Some sections really hit home especially around setting boundaries which I’ve always struggled with. It reminded me of past relationships where I lost myself trying to make everyone else happy. This gave me tools to understand those patterns and start doing things differently moving forward.

Set healthy boundaries
There are exercises focused on becoming more self-aware and accepting yourself, which feels like a pretty important first step. It also has tools for figuring out those unconscious behaviors that kind of sabotage your relationships without you even realizing it.
The book also includes a section on codependency, which I hadn't really thought about in relation to my attachment style, but it made a lot of sense. It talks about things like people-pleasing and needing external validation. It gives you ways to break free from that and set healthy boundaries.

Finally Breaking Free, This Hit Deep
I didn’t realize how much of my relationship struggles stemmed from old patterns until this audiobook walked me through them. It felt like someone finally put words to things I’ve been feeling for years. The exercises helped me pause, reflect, and actually do the work. It’s not fluffy or preachy, it’s real, practical, and powerful. If you're tired of always second, guessing yourself in relationships, this one’s a total game changer.

This has helped me gain insight into my reactions
This a fantastic resource for anyone looking to break free from destructive patterns. The combination of topics really resonated with me, especially the sections on setting boundaries without feeling guilty. I've begun to recognize my own needs more and no longer view them as selfish. While it won't all change overnight, I feel much more grounded now. This has helped me gain insight into my reactions and understand why I behave the way I do, even when I wish I wouldn’t. Additionally, it provides actionable steps to help you move forward on your journey to healing. Highly recommend it!

Helped Me Finally Put Myself First Without Guilt
I didn’t realize how deep my people-pleasing habits ran until I started working through this. The exercises really made me reflect on my patterns and gave me tools to start shifting them. I’ve stopped apologizing for everything and learned how to say no without feeling like a bad person. It’s not just helpful—it feels like it was written for me. If you struggle with boundaries or always putting others first, this workbook seriously helps.
