This a fantastic resource for anyone looking to break free from destructive patterns. A ton of useful information all in one place.

This is something. I"ve heard a lot of these words online (codependency, attachment stlyes) but I never really understood them. That's why I got this audiobook. This does a lovely job of teaching you the basics, and then the workbook is extraordinary in helping you practive the skills you need to improve your life. This will help a lot of people.

Helpful and Easy to Connect With

I listened to this during a few long walks and found myself thinking about parts of it even after I got home.
