Helpful Tips

This book is a helpful resource that provides easy techniques to overcoming anxiety.

Changed My Thoughts - I Love It

I'd been going through some rough time in my life and remained anxious/ depressed the whole day. I was trying to change my thought process so that I can remain positive in all conditions. I listened to this audiobook and I'm glad I did.

This audiobook has completely changed my thought process. I appreciate how the author guides us to remain positive even if we're going though the worst phase of life. The process is simple and quick. In just a few days, I feel more energy and positivity in my life. My circumstances are still the same but now I am not anxious any more.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Powerful Audiobook

This is a great audiobook to help anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression or negativity. It has a lot of practical information to help people work on improving themselves.

The author has done a tremendous job in explaining how he suffered with all negativity for many years and how proven cognitive therapy techniques helped him become a better and peaceful person.

If we use these same techniques, I am sure, we too can live a peaceful and happier life. These 11 techniques are explained so well that people can use them easily in their daily life. Though I like all of these techniques, I would recommend to try them one by one.

If you suffer from anxiety or depression or know someone who does, this CBT audiobook is very helpful.

Helps build a positive approach

I received a free audiobook by the author in return of a non-biased review.

The book starts with author's story of battling his own mental health issues and explaining why it is important to pay attention. Then he explains the techniques that we can use as in CBT to help us through the journey. I personally, enjoyed listening to the audiobook and it has helped me feel the possibility of living a happier life even if the situations around me are not easy to handle.

exceptionally educating!

I'm amazed by how easy cognitive reprogramming can be as per his explanation I'm excited on working some of this and becoming better getting over my traumas from my past.
so looking forward to the new future all because of the cognitive behavioral therapy that I've learned.

Robotic sounding narrator.

I truly disliked the narrator. He sounded like a robot. I couldn't relax while listening to his voice and it was disturbingly distracting.

I found the book to be insight and informative. Illegal be listening again with a pen and paper. The initial introduction felt a bit like a lecture regarding suicide but once I hit past that I enjoyed it.
