This was one of the better books I’ve listened to with information and the speaker having a good voice.

This book provides some helpful suggestions for managing anxiety and depression, but it doesn't delve deeply into any particular treatment methods. It may be a good starting point for someone who is looking for general tips on how to cope with these issues, but those who are seeking a more thorough understanding of anxiety and depression, or specific strategies for addressing them, may need to look elsewhere.

Helpful suggestions but doesn’t dive deep enough

Exactly what it says on the cover. The book has many exercises, self-test, and knowledge to actually make a difference in your struggle with depression. Very useful tool when working with clients with depression. Easy to use and easy to discuss with clients. I would also recommend the seller as well.

I have periodically used this book in private practice over the years. It's a bit challenging for some client's to comprehend, but overall a good tool as an adjunct to therapy. I recommend that users have at least, high school reading and comprehension skills.

Good self-help book.
