A must hear for anxiety reduction.

A must hear for anxiety reduction. The author hits it on the head in a simple to read and understand way.. Finally I know what CBT is and I can use it on my patients and on myself.

This author knows what he is talking about.

This book can be used as a resource to help a person break bad habits, learn how to control anxiety, and also show so many ways to use this book. I have enjoyed learning more about CBT and this author knows what he is talking about.

I highly recommend this book!

Easy and engaging way to learn Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Explained very clearly and the way author explained. I really like this audiobook. They're also full of good information. I purchased my book with the coglab manual and access code for class. I highly recommend this book!

Love the use of real recording

A well presented book, rather than some hollow self praising examples most self-help book includes, this one uses real recordings. The patients are relatable and interesting, think this audio book show cases the power of a calm, friendly, warm and intelligent listener.

One of the best self help courses I've ever done

I would highly recommend this to anyone, regardless of if you perceive yourself to have any mental health issues. The tools explained here are useful across your life. This course is particularly powerful because of the recordings of sessions with real people so you can see the techniques in action.
