Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is good to know if you suffer anxiety. I knew about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before listening to it, but didn't know how to implement it as part of my life. I love this book
The techniques described in this book are very natural. Basically, it aims to train the readers on different ways and techniques to redirect our thinking to more positive and constructive habits. By identifying problems, setting goals and overcoming obstacles cognitive behavioral science can benefit nearly everyone. This book taught me how to tap into my own mind and thoughts. Basically rewired my train of thought as it relates to my emotions and overall mood. I have seen an improvement in how others relate to me because of my ability to hone in on and resolve my "inner turmoil". I learned within the book the vast difference between Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Five stars as popular work of general education and self-help.
