Loved it !
I absolutely loved this book for its simplicity, its positivity but also for its guidance. I sometimes struggle with feeling overwhelmed; this book was what I needed to hear. I loved all the useful tips and advice that the author gives us to deal better with our emotions. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn and understand better their emotions, feel empowered and reduce anxiety. A must-read!

Simple yet informative!
After reading this book I learned a lot about myself and how much anxiety I actually had growing up and now. This book helps build your self esteem, overcome your anxiety and more! It's a good "it's not just me" read!
I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It goes into detail about the different anxieties, especially the "whys", examples/ scenarios, and how to manage one's anxiety. It's hard to overcome anxiety, quite honestly, but knowing the what, the why, and the hows.. the book definitely keeps me more mindful and self away of how to manage anxiety. This book is universal for all ages - adults and teens alike. Good read!

I’m so glad this book exists. I have a young niece and I’m getting this book for her. Anxiety is becoming a very common problem among kids these days. I really appreciate how this book was structured where the author shares very relatable personal stories with you. There’s always an empowering advice along with very practical exercises backed with science, to overcome the kid’s anxiety. I’m really grateful for this book and highly recommend to anyone with anxiety (not just teens!)

Complete and Accurate
I am impressed by the value of this book.
There is a lot of information in it, sometimes technical but absolutely understandable, and the tools offered are invaluable.
Anxiety is a very common disorder and can be a limitation in life and in full self-expression. It is necessary to recognize it and learn how to manage and overcome it.
As I said, the techniques and tools offered in this book are many, just to name a few: grounding techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, body scan, A.P.E. (Acknowledge, Physicalize, and Engage), the Rose Thorn Bud Technique, and many others.
Thanks to this book, it is possible to have a thorough understanding of the problem and a lot of tips and suggestions on how to handle it.
The narration is vibrant, with a direct and conversational tone. I recommend it.
