Good information to know
Now that Covid is on the wane, we should get a complete picture of this upsetting chapter in our history. Where it came from, its impact, and how we can rebuild a positive life. This audiobook does a great job of covering all this. It examines every facet of the lockdown, how it changed our everyday routines, and what to do next. I would recommend this book if for no other reason that it could prepare us for any future crisis so that we are more prepared.

A reflecting thought

Reset and Refocus
If you're still feeling a little uncertain or lost after the pandemic, this book is definitely worth a listen. The compassionate and understanding tone acknowledges the various emotions that a lot of us have gone through in the last few years, and it made the challenges of starting over seem more normal. I like how the book talks about how many of us still feel unsure of ourselves and our purpose. Listening to this book left me feeling more hopeful.

Compassionate and Insightful
2020 is a year that no one over 8 years is going to forget. The whole was turned upside down and it left it's mark on us all - and then came 2021 & 2022.
My profession (and me included) was rocked to it's core. For me, this audiobook put some of it into perspective and helped me reflect on the past 3 years with new eyes.
There are many great tips here for getting back into our new routines, whatever that looks like. I think you'll get a new outlook that will help the adjustment go a bit more smoothly.

Finding A New Normal
