The explanation of oils and how they impact our health was outstanding
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The information was presented in a way that a reader with a non-medical background would understand and I appreciated what the author had to say. Overall a great read.

Phenomenal!
Human civilization owes Dr. Shanahan immense gratitude for her pioneering work in this area! Dark Calories details the most important thing that people can do to improve their health and longevity. Simply follow Dr. Cate’s recommendations, and you will live longer! The book is straightforward and easy for anyone to understand. Thank you for everything that you do Dr. Shanahan!

Read this book! It’s amazing.
This book could quite simply save your life and let you take back quality of life for you and your family. The writer makes science she is discussing very easy to understand for anyone.

Very interesting
