About this listen

What if I told you that for the cost of this audiobook, you could reduce stress, clear your mind, and live a happier life? Well, you can.

If you feel overwhelmed, stressed, and like you constantly have a huge weight on your shoulders, odds are you need to declutter your life.

Decluttering is highly necessary in today’s world, where there are numerous opportunities to distract one’s self and live a life of chaos and stress.

From the things we acquire and accumulate to the things we desire and stress over, it makes up an ocean of unnecessary distractions and clutter in our heads and our lives.

The solution is to declutter, and anyone could tell you that, but what is not always known is how to recognize the point at which you need to start. You also need to know how to do it and what to look for to know if it’s working.

This audiobook has all that and more. We break it down to a level almost anyone can apply to his or her unique circumstances. But the work is yours to do; we can only pave the road, you must do the driving.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s inside:

  • What exactly is clutter?
  • How to recognize clutter in your life
  • What is mental clutter?
  • How physical clutter can cause emotional and psychological clutter
  • A step-by-step guide on how to remove all clutter from your life
  • And so much more!

What are you waiting for? Scroll up and hit the "Buy Now" button to learn how to get started with decluttering so you can clean your home, clear your mind, and live a better life.

I really love this book

I really love this book. I'm still listening it but I bought it at the right time...right when I needed it. A friend shared it on Facebook a couple of weeks ago so I decided to buy it for my audible immediately.

Thoughtful, sensitive, AND practical

Everything else I've ever listen on this topic has always felt cold, practical maybe, but cold and also somehow unrealistic -- like I was left thinking, yeah that makes sense but I could never do it, maybe a robot could. In this audible book, Sabrina Godwin talks about what's really happening when you deal with your stuff... the thoughts and feelings attached to things... and gives useful, followable instruction on how to acknowledge them and then complete the task in a very caring and human way. I'm left feeling inspired and motivated to free myself from all the stuff I don't need.

WORKS FOR ME

I love this book. For my scattered brain and low-focus, this is exactly what I needed. So simple, it's a shame to admit it works. BETTER THAN MARIE KONDO because I don't have the room to dig all of one category out at a time. THIS BOOK allows me to still see progress but work in small nooks & crannies or spaces as I "see the clutter" and attack it. The steps are so simple, it's embarrassing to admit it works! LOL. GLAD I BOUGHT IT and I'M FINALLY SEEING PROGRESS! SO EXCITED TO SEE WHAT DISAPPEARS EACH DAY.

Remarkable book

People who buy books like this usually have cleaning or clutter problems in their homes, and usually have several cleaning books in an attempt to resolve the problem. I have a whole collection of.such books. I gleaned helpful nuggets from my other books but this one brought real lasting results in my house and has made weekly housecleaning a breeze. No more wasted time looking for stuff. Very freeing from the burden of too much stuff! Remarkable book.

Great book

Great book. I am in the middle of spring cleaning my house. so it was very useful and entertaining to listen. i am a current listener of her blog and also her other book. i have her voice in mind when i tackle a room. is it worth keeping? i don't feel any guilt for throwing away- donating things that i don't need anymore. i also love her ideas and thorough examples about the container concept.

It is pretty repetitive

It is pretty repetitive, as the chapters are broken down mostly by room/area, and the same questions are asked in every chapter about where to put/whether to keep items. That being said, by the end of the book, I felt like an expert on those questions .
