Publisher's summary

Drawing upon his twenty-five years as a holistic psychotherapist, John Ruskan presents a brilliant self-therapy system for complete inner healing and well-being. Based on a unique synthesis of Eastern meditation-mindfulness principles and Western humanistic psychological insights, the Deep Clearing program will empower you with a feeling-based, holistic, inner process that will clear the subconscious, restore and maintain emotional balance, overcome inner and outer negativity, and spontaneously shift you into authentic unconditional joyfulness and Higher Consciousness.

The book takes you through a series of consciousness shifts that gives you a new radical outlook and tools for emotional self-healing. It shows you how to use emotional pain as a means to heal and evolve yourself instead of merely being battered by it and stuffing it into the subconscious. As you learn how to release trapped subconscious emotional pain and trauma, your world experience effortlessly changes for the better.

The Deep Clearing process trains you in how to apply the enlightened spiritual principles of acceptance, presence, and witnessing to negative states, thereby allowing them to integrate and naturally resolve themselves. You will learn how to relax and accept yourself deeply, calming the critical, self-blaming mind.

Great narration!

I have read Emotional Clearing (same author) and I cannot say enough great things about it. I was drawn to this book with little hope that it could top EM, but I have been pleasantly surprised. John is an amazing writer and his sentences are very-well structured! I found myself re-starting the book several times because of the emotional response it got from me. I was able to feel deep, repressed feelings of anger, to the point that I didn’t even know who I was. I feel that having read both books I have a very good understanding of the energetic dynamics we deal with which make us who we are and determine what we experience. This understanding has helped me extend forgiveness out to what once were unforgivable circumstances and people. I intend to listen to this book again. Highly recommend.

Kind of really arrogant

I agree with much of his points but he really lost favor with me in the meditation section. I have been meditating for not as long as he has only about five or six years… But I feel like it was very preachy and you NEED to do everything that he says otherwise you’re not doing it right. I may be wrong on this… It is just my opinion, but I feel like there is never one approach only to practicing meditation, and I feel like denouncing certain types of meditations or methods is not only unhelpful, and arrogant, but mean-spirited.. Again, my opinion 👍
